A Indo Bangladesh Movie "Shankha Chil"

Just a few days back I watched “Shanka Chill’ a production led by Indo Bangladesh joint collaboration  directed by Gautam Ghosh. The story relates to  the most common issue of Bengalis who have been affected by Partition of India. The older people who are still alive cannot accept the partition, so the people around the line of control do not accept it and travel in both the countries for any occasion using the water transport mainly the small boats.

The most interesting issue that was shown in the film that the Border Security forces of both the nation accepted it and tackled it with human touch.

A details of demographic situation of residences are shown in the film highlighting some peculiar division of land where Bed Room are in India while Kitchen and Bathroom are held in Bangladesh(earlier Pakistan) and vice versa.

But the telling of story and its synchronization was not eloquent as had been to his other films. It was a one time watch movie. Moreover, a total frustration came out as the desire from Mr. Ghosh had been a little more.

One most astonishing fact that one family will  be coming to India from Bangladesh is required to change their name to represent Hindu. Why so? We are living with so much of Muslim population with equal rights.

Again they are required to change ID card, and it can be easily done fraudulently in India. So much poor status of our nation was shown.

In short the left liberals get pleasure having shown India as most badly governed, they  like to comment  antinational and so on.

Very poor show by  Gautam Ghosh. Please learn a little from Satyajit Roy. Condemn  this people.
